Sympathy and Wedding Cards
Good morning sunshine.....it has been sunny in paradise eventhough people are sad and concern with the closing of oil refinery that employs over 2000 workers. I have a few good friends who's husbands worked at the refinery and now they are going to relocate to find jobs. I have bonded with these ladies for over 10+ years and I am going to be heartbroken. I am going to miss them very much :-(
Gatefold wedding card :-)
At work, I made a couple of cards for my coworkers.
One of our members saw the cards I made and asked me to make her a wedding card for her nephew. I normally make two cards in that way they will have choices.
I scraplifted these cards from multiple souces and just added my own touches. I used heart punch, doily punch, cricut for the frame and rub on sentiments.
Gatefold wedding card :-)
My inspiration for the wedding card was from Lynn Pratt , but I could not download her template. So I tried drawing the gown and cut it. I cannot cut straight so this cards took a little longer to finish.
I love both cards... and actually don't want to give them away.
Thanks for viewing and have a great day!

CARDS, CARDS and more cards....oopps, and a purse too!
Here is a really cute purse I made for our Christmas Party at work. Inside the purse I put a lipstick and a nail polish..... the recipient was so thrilled! Used my cricut cartridge and DCWV paper that I got in Craft store while we were in Maryland. 5 for a dollar!!! That was a very good deal considering we do not have a very good selection of craft store in the island.
and with the help of my 7 years old son, we made goodies for his teacher and his classmates.. The best part aside from the bonding was when he told me " Mom, you are so cool'!!!! wink wink!
Here are few christmas cards I made for a friend..

and more...
A friend of mine had a baby shower in April and had her beautiful baby that same month. So for her first Mother's Day in May, I made a photo album filled with pictures of her Baby Shower. I used YourStory photo binder and used my cuttlebug to emboss the front of the album. Very pretty and very personal and the new mommy love it!
